KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Retail Coordination and POS Management: Work closely with retailers to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability at their points of sale to enhance product visibility and sales performance.

  2. Demand Forecasting and Stock Management: Implement advanced forecasting techniques to predict market demand accurately. Manage stock levels versus allocation to ensure the right products are available at the right time and place.

  3. Class and Trend Management: Oversee product classifications, conduct in-depth research and trend analysis to stay ahead of market developments and customer preferences, thereby ensuring a competitive edge.

  4. Order Management (Customer): Review all incoming purchase orders (POs), schedule deliveries, manage invoicing, processing GRNs / RTVs, and perform trend analysis to inform customer ordering processes.

  5. Order Management (Internal): Ensure proper labeling and packaging of materials, monitor inventory levels, and maintain thorough note-taking and record-keeping practices.

  6. Market and Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor and market information to identify product trends, price trends, and opportunities, enabling the development of competitive products and pricing strategies.

  7. Negotiation: Regularly negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to safeguard the best interests of the company and its customers.

  8. Supplier Communication and Management: Convey the company's expectations to suppliers and conduct business reviews with key suppliers to develop strategies and action plans. This includes negotiating terms of contracts such as consignment agreements.

  9. Inventory Management: Audit FIFO inventory and stock movement to ensure the accuracy of the LIVE stock lifespan.

  10. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and keep all product information updated within the company systems, ensuring proper filing and documentation.

  11. Internal Communication: Liaise with team members regarding product issues, manufacturer defects, goods return, and sell-in and sell-through performance.

  12. Collaborative Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the Marketing teams to support marketing initiatives.
